Steve Elliott

Congratulations to Steve Elliott, for becoming our 2024 Citizen of the Year Recipient!
Mayor Joe Lee presented Steve with this award on April 27th at the Mayor’s Association of Village’s annual dinner at the Midvale Country Club. Steve is the Store Manager of Top’s Market in Hilton. Steve hosts countless food collection events and installed a donation area within the store dedicated to the Hilton Food Shelf, in which he is a faithful supporter. He also supports the Salvation Army, Knights of Columbus and the Boys and Girls Scouts. Steve is a perfect example of community service.
